Kalme Kurumsal is seeking a qualified Real Estate Valuation Specialist to join its Ankara office. The role involves conducting official institution inspections, performing field assessments, and preparing comprehensive valuation reports.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out on‑site inspections and gather necessary data for property valuations.
• Prepare accurate and compliant real‑estate valuation reports for regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate planning, follow‑up, and time‑management activities related to valuation projects.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• Possession of a valid real‑estate valuation license.
• Experience in the real‑estate valuation sector.
• Strong planning, time‑management, and analytical abilities.
• Dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset with good research skills.
• Valid B‑type driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Male candidates must have completed mandatory military service.
