About the role

The Facility Management Supervisor will oversee the maintenance and operation of facilities, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations while managing vendor relationships.

Required profile

Minimum of a First Degree in Estate Management, Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 7 years of post‑qualification experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.

Required skills

Strong facility maintenance experience and knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
Vendor negotiation skills and ability to manage service contracts.
