Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the property sales team, develop and execute strategies to meet sales and revenue targets in the real estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve property sales and revenue objectives.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate activities of Property Sales Advisors.
• Set sales targets, assign leads, and establish clear priorities for the team.
• Monitor the sales pipeline, prospecting activities, client follow‑ups and transaction progress.
• Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, referral networks and strategic partnerships.
• Support the sales team in client meetings, property presentations, negotiations and closing transactions.
• Ensure accurate lead and client records in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, property demand and pricing.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align campaigns with sales objectives.
• Coordinate with client services and accounts for smooth transaction documentation and client handover.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates and market insights to management.
• Maintain compliance with pricing, commission structures, communication standards and company policies.
• Identify performance gaps and implement coaching or corrective actions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, developers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of a degree in a related field.
