About the role
This full-time, on-site position in Abuja focuses on driving property sales and building strong client relationships. You will guide clients from initial inquiry through to closing while representing the company professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential buyers and investors.
- Conduct property presentations and site inspections.
- Guide clients through the sales process from inquiry to closing.
- Engage in networking activities and attend events to grow the client base.
- Achieve sales targets and report progress using CRM tools.
Required profile
- Strong sales, negotiation and persuasion abilities with a proven track record.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships and provide advisory support.
- Basic understanding of real estate, property valuation and investment concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Competence in email and office productivity software.
