Fundraising & Investor Relations Manager

About the role

iPayBTC is looking for an experienced Fundraising & Investor Relations Manager to build a complete investor‑ready fundraising infrastructure. The role will drive strategy, prepare documentation, develop an investor pipeline and manage due‑diligence activities to enable fundraising discussions within 90 days.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a fundraising readiness assessment and identify gaps across finance, legal, compliance, operations, product and governance.
• Develop a fundraising roadmap covering capital needs, timeline, target investor profiles and milestones.
• Set up and maintain a secure investor data room, achieving at least 90% completeness of required documentation.
• Coordinate the creation and refinement of investor pitch deck, executive summary, investment memorandum, financial model and related materials.
• Build and manage a database of at least 100 qualified investors, using a CRM to track outreach, meetings and pipeline progress.
• Handle investor communications, due‑diligence requests and support management during presentations and Q&A sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fundraising and investor relations.
