Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

The Front Desk Receptionist will combine in‑clinic patient support with digital enquiry management. You will ensure a seamless patient journey from the first online enquiry through to the clinic visit, while maintaining a warm, professional brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients at the clinic and via phone.
• Manage and convert enquiries from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other social media platforms.
• Book appointments accurately and follow up on pending enquiries.
• Communicate treatment information clearly to patients.
• Maintain excellent phone and chat etiquette at all times.
• Support daily front‑desk and patient coordination activities.
• Work closely with clinical and management teams to enhance patient experience.
• Seek treatment authorisation from various HMO platforms.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role within a dental clinic, hospital or eye clinic.
• Proven ability to convert enquiries into booked appointments.
• Minimum HND/BSc; additional office administration or customer service certifications are a plus.
• Stable accommodation around Agungi, Jakande, Orchid Rd, Ajah or Abraham Adesanya.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Confident use of WhatsApp, Instagram and online chat platforms.
• Strong phone etiquette and receptionist duties.
• Clerical skills such as filing, data entry and scheduling.
