Front Desk Officer

About the role

Choice Talents is hiring a Front Desk Officer in Rivers State on a full-time basis. The role covers welcoming clients and visitors, handling communications, scheduling appointments and keeping the reception area tidy.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for staff.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and photocopying.
• Follow office policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Attend to clients' needs and inquiries, escalating issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients and visitors.

Required profile

• HND/BSC in Administration or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service and office management.
• Adequate knowledge of the company's products and services.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Customer relationship and management.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively and strong interpersonal skills.
