About the role
We are looking for a proactive Freelance Recruiter to support our clients across Lagos and Abuja. You will work remotely, sourcing and matching talent to meet regional hiring needs while collaborating closely with our internal team.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for client job openings in the region.
- Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
- Provide timely feedback to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
Required profile
- HND or BSc degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
