About the role
The Franchise Owner role at KOULLS is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Port Harcourt. The owner will oversee daily operations, manage staff, coordinate service delivery, and ensure adherence to KOULLS’ brand and operational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Drive local business growth and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and the community.
- Implement KOULLS’ strategies and standards within the assigned territory.
- Lead local marketing initiatives to promote services.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting and reporting.
- Report operational metrics and outcomes regularly to KOULLS.
Required profile
- Experience operating or overseeing a franchise or similar business model.
- Training and coaching abilities to onboard, develop, and support team members and partners.
- Sales and business development expertise to grow revenue and relationships.
- Recruiting and talent‑management skills to hire, retain, and motivate a high‑performing team.
- Strong customer‑service and communication skills for positive experiences and issue resolution.
