Food Runner

About the role

The Food Runner is a full‑time, on‑site position in Lekki, supporting smooth food and beverage service operations. You will work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and expeditors to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain a high standard of guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately receive orders from the kitchen and promptly deliver food and drinks to guests.
• Set and maintain tables throughout service, ensuring cleanliness and proper arrangement.
• Coordinate timing with servers and expeditors, check order completeness, and respond quickly to guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness in service areas and follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Strong food service and beverage skills with an understanding of restaurant operations.
• Effective communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to stand, walk for extended periods and safely carry trays or dishes.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic food safety practices.
• Familiarity with expeditor duties and coordinating orders between kitchen and front‑of‑house.
