负责酒店所有餐饮运营，包括厨房、餐厅、饮料及客房服务，确保客人满意并达成财务目标。
主要职责
- 制定并管理部门预算，控制成本，实现财务指标。
- 监督厨房、餐厅、酒吧及客房服务的日常运营，确保质量和标准。
- 领导餐饮团队，进行员工培训、绩效考核及日常排班。
- 处理客人投诉，提升客人满意度，确保宴会厅服务达标。
任职要求
- 高中学历或同等学历，且具备4年餐饮相关工作经验；或拥有两年制相关学位并具备2年工作经验。
- 熟悉餐饮行业法律法规，具备预算编制与成本管理能力。
- 具备优秀的沟通、人际关系及团队激励能力。
