Food and Beverage Manager

About the role

Capinta Consult Limited is hiring a Food and Beverage Manager in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The role oversees daily food and beverage service operations and supervises the service team, ensuring customers receive prompt and professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage service operations and supervise waiters, waitresses, bartenders and other service personnel.
• Ensure customers receive prompt and professional service, and handle customer complaints and resolve service issues.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely order delivery.
• Monitor food and beverage inventory and report shortages.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Monitor sales, service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training and performance monitoring.
• Ensure proper recording of orders and transactions, and identify ways to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum of an OND in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in food and beverage operations or hospitality supervision is required.
• Ability to manage staff and resolve customer complaints professionally.

Remuneration is stated as NGN 100,000 per month.
