Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our finance function at IOTech Global Hub Limited. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, compliance, budgeting and managing the accounting team to support our growth in the IT & Telecom sector.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and publish accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure tax filings and financial records comply with GAAP/IFRS and statutory regulations.
• Design, implement and monitor accounting policies and internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
• Assist leadership in operating budget preparation, track KPIs, analyse spending trends and address budget variances.
• Manage and mentor accounting staff across accounts payable, receivable, payroll and general ledger.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified accountant.
• Minimum 8 years of post‑qualification experience.
• At least 3 years in a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager role.
• Strong commercial mindset, hands‑on and process‑driven leadership style.

Required skills

• IFRS knowledge.
• GAAP knowledge.
• ERP systems experience.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
