Finance & Operations Officer

About the role

Kenkeputa is seeking a Finance & Operations Officer to join its Lagos office. The role combines core accounting duties with day‑to‑day operational management, supporting the leadership team and ensuring smooth office functions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, process invoices, payroll, reimbursements and other transactions.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations, resolve discrepancies and prepare profit & loss, balance sheet and cash‑flow reports.
• Ensure compliance with tax obligations, statutory filings and internal financial controls.
• Manage daily office operations, facility maintenance, vendor relationships and procurement of supplies.
• Oversee company asset management and act as primary contact for external service providers.
• Provide administrative support to the leadership team and assist with finance and operations projects.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance or a finance‑administration role.
• Strong attention to detail, high integrity and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Ikeja, Lagos.
