Finance Operations Manager

About the role

Codelabprojects Nigeria Limited is looking for a results‑driven Finance Operations Manager to lead the company’s financial processes and ensure the integrity of its reporting systems. You will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day finance activities while providing strategic insights that support growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and management dashboards.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Manage payroll processing, statutory remittances and employee compensation records.
• Review budgets, purchase requisitions and expenditure requests to enforce cost control.
• Monitor cash flow, financial performance and key business metrics, delivering insights for strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal financial policies.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining precise financial documentation.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, reporting systems and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Professional certification such as ICAN, ACA or ACCA is an advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years proven experience in finance, accounting or financial operations, preferably in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, payroll administration, cash flow management and internal controls.
