About the role
Pullus is seeking a Finance Officer to support its data‑driven platform that connects poultry farmers with finance, markets and advisory services. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and document all transactions.
- Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements and financial reports.
- Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable and expense tracking.
- Help automate and improve financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as an Accounting Assistant or Clerk.
- Professional affiliation such as ICAN/ACCA (advantageous).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Residency in Kaduna.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the broader MS Office suite.
- Experience using accounting software.
