Finance Officer

About the role

As a Finance Officer you will support Norrenberger Asset Management Limited in all aspects of financial management, from day‑to‑day accounting to regulatory reporting and budget preparation. You will work closely with internal teams, external auditors and tax consultants to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments.
• Manage accounts receivable and collect outstanding balances promptly.
• Perform periodic bank reconciliations.
• Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure general ledger accuracy.
• Oversee tax compliance for VAT, WHT and PAYE, liaising with tax consultants, auditors and regulators.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts for internal and regulatory use.
• Support the production of the corporate annual report and SEC filings.
• Assist in the preparation, monitoring and analysis of the annual budget and forecasts, reporting variances to management.
• Provide information and documentation to external auditors for the annual audit.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of 2 years of finance experience in the financial services industry.
• Professional certification such as ICAN or ACCA.
• Strong organizational skills.
