Finance Manager

About the role

Bluetti Energy Nigeria Limited is expanding its solar home systems and energy storage business and seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations across its Nigerian subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Implement financial budgeting, accounting, audit supervision and overall financial management in line with group requirements.
• Manage tax matters, coordinate tax audits, liaise with local tax agents and ensure timely tax declarations.
• Monitor and forecast cash flow, oversee daily operational expenses and deliver internal financial training.
• Supervise inventory management, ensure accurate recording and reconcile discrepancies.
• Lead and develop the local finance team, providing direction and support.
• Report financial performance and plans of the Nigeria subsidiary to the headquarters in China.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Familiarity with IFRS and Chinese accounting standards; experience with annual audits in listed companies is a plus.
• Strong data analysis, strategic thinking and business‑financial analytical capabilities.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Highly responsible, proactive, team‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
