Senior Finance Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

A strategic and results‑driven Finance Manager is needed to lead the finance and accounting function for a food & beverage client. The role focuses on financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, internal controls and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management.
• Develop, implement and monitor budgets, tracking actuals against approved figures.
• Monitor costs, profitability and gross margins, recommending improvements.
• Strengthen internal financial controls, policies and accounting procedures.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, cash flow management and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure statutory remittances, tax compliance, regulatory filings and audit readiness.
• Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement corrective actions.
• Utilise ERP systems and financial reporting tools to enhance visibility and efficiency.
• Prepare forecasts, management reports and performance analyses for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Professional certification (ICAN/ACA, ACCA or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, taxation and controls.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
