Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the finance function for Troven Solution Services Ltd, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance and effective cash management. This role supports budgeting, analysis and controls within a fast‑moving fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and manage the monthly close process.
• Oversee accounting operations and IFRS reporting.
• Execute daily settlement and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure tax compliance for VAT, WHT and CIT.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity and support budgeting activities.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide budgeting support.
• Maintain finance controls and resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 3–6 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in fintech, payments or banking.
• Strong background in financial reporting and accounting operations.
• Experience with settlement and transaction reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of Nigerian tax regulations.
• Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA or CPA are a plus.
