Finance Manager

About the role

Trendora Travel Agency is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee daily bookkeeping, manage cash flow, and support financial decision‑making. This full‑time position is based in Abuja and offers the chance to work within a dynamic travel and entertainment environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and manage daily bookkeeping.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month‑end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial procedures and proper documentation.
• Utilise Excel and accounting software to analyse data for management.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of post‑NYSC experience in bookkeeping, payables/receivables, and bank reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with at least one accounting package such as QuickBooks or Sage.
