About the role
We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations within our retail, fashion and FMCG business. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, managing payroll and supporting the commercial team with invoicing and payments.
Key responsibilities
- Utilise ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to maintain financial records and generate reports.
- Prepare, process and record bills and invoices accurately.
- Manage inventory records, goods received, and related invoicing.
- Process employee salaries and payroll records.
- Analyse financial data and provide insights for business decisions.
- Coordinate with the commercial team to prepare bills, process orders, arrange deliveries and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare weekly summaries of unpaid invoices and outstanding payments.
- Submit weekly financial reports via email.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
