About the role
The Digital Trade Officer will manage and monitor digital trading transactions across various platforms, providing support to customers and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor digital trading transactions across various platforms.
- Assist customers with digital trade enquiries, account issues, or transaction-related requests.
- Process trade orders, verify transaction details, and ensure accuracy in digital records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction issues and escalate technical problems when necessary.
- Maintain proper documentation of all digital trade activities and prepare periodic reports.
- Promote adherence to the organization’s financial and compliance policies and provide excellent customer service.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- A degree in a related field.
