Finance & Administrative Assistant – Full‑Time in Abuja

About the role

eHealth4everyone is seeking a Finance and Administrative Assistant to support financial planning, analysis, reporting and budgeting for its digital health projects in Abuja. The role will help shape strategic financial decisions and maintain robust operating models.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse historical financial data and performance to identify trends.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts and projections based on analysis.
• Evaluate capital expenditures, depreciation and profit plans.
• Collaborate with the finance team to review information and forecasts.
• Consult management to develop long‑term commercial and go‑to‑market plans.
• Develop initiatives and policies aimed at improving financial growth.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or audit roles.
• Experience auditing 5–20 external organisations, including limited liability companies.
• Professional certification: ICAN or ACCA.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and auditing principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with QuickBooks or comparable accounting software.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools.
• Understanding of IFRS and audit methodologies.
