Field / Sales Representative - Real Estate

About the role

Woye Group is hiring a full-time Field / Sales Representative in Lagos (Marina) to sell its real estate and land development offerings. The role covers prospecting, site presentations, deal closing and client relationship management, with a focus on meeting quarterly revenue quotas.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective buyers, high-net-worth investors and corporate clients through field outreach, cold pitching and networking.
• Conduct physical and virtual site visits, walk buyers through estate lands and developments, and present value propositions.
• Manage sales cycles from inquiry to contract execution, payment verification and documentation handover.
• Monitor local real estate trends, competitor pricing and emerging land/property hotspots.
• Maintain a clean CRM database and build long-term post-sale relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in field sales, real estate brokerage, financial product sales or commercial channel marketing.
• At least an OND in marketing, business administration, mass communication, estate management or a related discipline.
• Verifiable track record of meeting monthly sales targets and closing property or commercial deals in competitive urban markets.
• Exceptional verbal presentation and negotiation skills, high stamina for field work and professional dress sense.
