Field Sales Representative (Driver) – Asaba

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Field Sales Representative with a driver’s licence to promote and distribute sachet and bottled water across Asaba. The role involves direct customer interaction, route management, and achieving sales targets while representing a newly established water production factory.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to sell water products to shops, markets, kiosks, offices, and event locations.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Expand sales routes by onboarding new customers consistently.
• Ensure timely delivery of fresh products in excellent condition.
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Provide regular market feedback on customer needs, competitor activity, and demand trends.
• Keep the assigned vehicle in good working condition.

Required profile

• Passion for field sales and a target‑driven mindset.
• Experience in FMCG route sales (water, beverages, snacks, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Good knowledge of Asaba routes, markets, and high‑traffic sales areas.
• Energetic, persuasive, and result‑oriented with strong communication skills.
