About the role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies, lead and motivate our sales team, and drive growth for our micro‑finance banking operations in Port Harcourt.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team, setting targets and monitoring performance.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and prepare regular performance reports.
Support the team in converting leads and closing sales.
Conduct sales meetings, training sessions and performance reviews.

Required profile

HND or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role (minimum 2 years).
Experience in a micro‑finance bank is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and strong analytical/problem‑solving abilities.
