Field Marketing Agent (Abuja/Port Harcourt)

About the role

SchoolsCompass, Africa’s leading school discovery platform, is seeking proactive Field Marketing Agents to expand our network of partner schools in Abuja and Port Harcourt. You will act as the primary point of contact for private schools, introducing them to our platform and guiding them through the onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage private schools within the assigned territory.
• Present SchoolsCompass’s value proposition and explain the benefits of joining the platform.
• Facilitate the registration and onboarding of new schools.
• Build and maintain relationships with school owners, administrators, and decision‑makers.
• Achieve agreed onboarding targets and submit regular activity reports.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE/OND qualification (higher qualifications welcomed).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
• Resident in Abuja or Port Harcourt.
