Farm Marketer / Sales Representative

About the role

A full-time Farm Marketer / Sales Representative is needed in Delta to promote and sell farm products such as poultry, pigs, fish and processed farm goods. The role is field-based, with regular market visits, and may involve weekend sales follow-ups.

Key responsibilities

• Sales and customer development: identify and approach new customers, retailers, restaurants and distributors; negotiate prices within the approved company pricing structure
• Market expansion: open new sales channels and distribution outlets, conduct field visits to markets, stores and businesses, and report new market opportunities to management
• Brand representation: promote and protect the company image and product quality standards
• Meet KPIs such as new customers acquired monthly, sales revenue, customer retention, market coverage, customer satisfaction and timely sales reports

Required profile

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's degree in any field
• Previous sales or marketing experience preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Basic record-keeping and reporting ability
