About the role
The U.S. Embassy in Abuja is seeking a Facility Data Analyst to support the Facility Management Office. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of facility operations.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and analyze facility‑related data to identify trends and performance gaps.
- Develop and implement quality management systems for the Facility Management section.
- Provide data‑driven recommendations to the Facility Manager and staff.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
Required profile
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a High‑Risk Public Trust clearance.
- Ability to start within six weeks of receiving authorization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Personnel Management, or Organizational Management.
