About the role
Procare Hospital Ltd is looking for a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join its team. The role covers dispensing, prescription review, inventory control and coordination of medication supply.
Key responsibilities
- Dispense medications and provide patient counseling
- Review prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness
- Monitor medication use and ensure compliance with pharmacy standards
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory and stock control, including routine stock taking and reconciliation
- Monitor expiry dates and minimize stock losses
- Coordinate medication procurement and supply processes
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records and reports
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/Pharm.D)
- Current practicing license
- Minimum of 2 years' clinical pharmacy experience
- Experience in hospital pharmacy operations
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
