Experienced Pharmacist

About the role

Procare Hospital Ltd is looking for a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join its team. The role covers dispensing, prescription review, inventory control and coordination of medication supply.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense medications and provide patient counseling
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness
• Monitor medication use and ensure compliance with pharmacy standards
• Manage pharmaceutical inventory and stock control, including routine stock taking and reconciliation
• Monitor expiry dates and minimize stock losses
• Coordinate medication procurement and supply processes
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and reports

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/Pharm.D)
• Current practicing license
• Minimum of 2 years' clinical pharmacy experience
• Experience in hospital pharmacy operations
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
