Executive Assistant

About the role

The Executive Assistant will support the sales team in the automotive and aviation sectors, handling customer enquiries and assisting with vehicle sales. The role also involves creating short promotional videos and graphics for social media platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and follow up with prospective buyers.
• Assist with vehicle sales, lead tracking and customer relationship management.
• Create and edit short promotional videos using CapCut for Instagram Reels, TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Design simple promotional graphics using Canva and assist with social media management.
• Manage customer communications through WhatsApp Business and other relevant channels.
• Maintain basic customer records, sales follow‑up logs and administrative documents.
• Support daily office operations and other related tasks as required.

Required profile

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational ability, attention to detail and reliability.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a willingness to develop sales and marketing skills.
• Willingness to learn WhatsApp Business and other digital tools.

Required skills
