About the role
We are seeking a smart, friendly, and energetic Sales Representative to serve walk‑in customers at our Ibadan store. You will need to know our products well, answer customer questions, and ensure every visitor leaves satisfied.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to all walk‑in customers
- Help customers find products, suggest alternatives and upsell when possible
- Handle POS transactions accurately
- Maintain tidy shelves, restock and monitor expiry dates
- Record sales, customer requests and feedback
- Support the store manager and work as part of a team
Required profile
- Minimum SSCE/WAEC; OND is an advantage
- Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus
- Live close to Iwo Road or be able to commute daily without delay
- Good communication skills in English and Yoruba
- Honest, polite, neat appearance and willingness to learn
