Entry-Level Marketer

About the role

Fezzil Electron Limited is hiring an entry-level marketer in Lagos (Ikeja, onsite or hybrid) to find new customers, run its social media pages and meet sales targets. The role suits someone with about 1-2 years of marketing experience who is ready to start quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Find new customers and bring them to buy the company's products and services.
• Run the social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn): post daily, reply to DMs and comments.
• Create simple content such as flyers, videos and captions using Canva.
• Go out for field marketing when needed: visit clients, markets and offices.
• Run small paid ads on Instagram, Facebook and Google Talk, learn what customers want and give feedback to management.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Prepare a weekly report on the number of customers brought in and sales achieved.

Required profile

• A minimum of a diploma in marketing, business or a related field; a smart SSCE with experience can also apply.
• 1-2 years of experience as a marketer (NYSC experience counts).
• Must be ready to resume quickly.
• Confident, well-spoken and comfortable talking to people; target-driven.

Required skills

• Smartphone and good use of Instagram and WhatsApp Business.
• Canva.

What we offer

• Remuneration of NGN 120,000 - 200,000 per month plus commission.
