Entrepreneurial Legal Associate

About the role

The Plenipotent Company Limited is seeking an Entrepreneurial Legal Associate to support its corporate, commercial and real‑estate practice. This two‑year programme blends legal work with entrepreneurial development, preparing you for future business ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth legal research on corporate, regulatory and commercial matters.
• Draft and review commercial agreements such as NDAs, service agreements, joint‑venture and shareholders’ agreements.
• Prepare legal opinions, advisory memoranda and support capital‑raising transactions.
• Draft and review real‑estate documents, conduct property due diligence and file perfection documents.
• Draft board resolutions, minutes and assist with statutory filings and governance frameworks.
• Interface with clients and regulatory agencies, attend client meetings and board sessions.
• Contribute to business‑development initiatives and internal knowledge‑sharing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong analytical and research abilities with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high integrity and professionalism.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple assignments.
• Aspirations to build a successful business in the future.
