Enterprise Presales Officer – IT Solutions

About the role

The IT Enterprise Presales Officer will work on‑site in Nigeria, engaging with prospective and existing enterprise customers to understand their business and technical requirements. You will design and propose ICT solutions that match those needs, supporting the sales team throughout the bid process.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse customer requirements for infrastructure, networking, security and enterprise systems.
• Design solution architectures, configure products and prepare cost estimates with OEM partners.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals and product demonstrations.
• Respond to technical queries, participate in RFPs and support bid responses.
• Conduct customer workshops and provide guidance during solution discussions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Allied Computers’ product portfolio and industry trends.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise solutions.
• Proven presales or solutions‑consulting experience, including requirements gathering and proposal development.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical and commercial solutions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with sales, technical and vendor teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
