Dispatch Rider

About the role

Castville Solutions is looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Dispatch Rider to deliver medications, medical supplies and other items to customers and designated locations in Gbagada, Lagos. The ideal candidate has excellent knowledge of road networks, strong time management skills and a valid rider's licence with a good driving record.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver medications, medical supplies and other items safely and promptly.
• Plan efficient delivery routes to meet delivery schedules.
• Verify delivery information and obtain proof of delivery when required.
• Keep the assigned motorcycle well maintained and in good working condition.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Report delivery issues, delays, accidents or vehicle maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain professionalism when dealing with customers and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum of SSCE qualification.
• Valid rider's licence and a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a Dispatch Rider is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of local routes and road networks.
• Physically fit and able to handle delivery-related tasks.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
