About the role

ISGN is hiring a Director of Operations for its hotel in Lagos, Marina. The role oversees daily hotel operations and coordinates all departments, with a focus on profitability, guest experience and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and coordinate all departments.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and service standards.
• Monitor budgets, revenue, expenses and cost control to maximise profitability.
• Supervise department heads, staff performance and workforce planning.
• Ensure excellent guest experience, service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, procurement and resource utilisation.
• Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations, health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Analyse operational performance and implement strategies for efficiency and business growth.

Required profile

• BSc/HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in hotel operations, including at least 3 years in a senior management role.
• Demonstrated leadership, staff management and problem-solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting, revenue management and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, departmental coordination and service standards.
