Director of Operations

About the role

The Director of Operations will serve as a senior strategic leader responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving operational frameworks, governance structures, and business processes across Cavista Holdings and its portfolio companies. Reporting to executive leadership, the role partners with business heads to drive operational excellence, digitalisation, risk management and enterprise‑wide transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute group‑wide operational strategies that align with business objectives and support sustainable growth.
• Design, implement and refine policies, procedures, governance frameworks and operating standards for the group and its subsidiaries.
• Lead process standardisation, digitalisation initiatives and operational excellence programmes.
• Provide trusted advisory support to senior leadership on organisational effectiveness and risk mitigation.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment and ensure consistent execution across portfolio companies.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities and champion change management.

Required profile

• Executive‑level experience with at least 20 years of progressive operational leadership.
• Proven track record of building policies, governance structures and scaling operations in multi‑business environments.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and change‑leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior executives and influence across diverse teams.
