About the role
The Territory Growth Officer will be responsible for expanding the daily rentals of power banks across assigned locations, driving usage and ensuring operator performance. You will work closely with local operators, identify high‑traffic areas, and implement activation strategies to meet and exceed rental targets.
Key responsibilities
- Grow daily power bank rentals across all assigned locations.
- Meet and exceed rental targets per location.
- Identify low‑performing locations and implement improvement actions.
- Drive repeat usage among existing customers.
- Support operators with community awareness and customer acquisition.
- Coordinate local activations and partnerships that generate rentals.
- Conduct regular visits to operators to ensure availability and compliance.
- Report rental performance, field activity, and issues to the Head of Operations.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of BSc.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
