Direct Sales Agent

About the role

The Direct Sales Agent will drive growth by acquiring new customers and meeting sales targets for our digital financial products. This role involves active prospecting, relationship building, and delivering excellent customer service across Lagos and Abuja.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channels.
• Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
• Create customer awareness and provide excellent service.
• Manage schedules, track leads, and submit sales reports.
• Listen to customer feedback to generate repeat sales.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product information.

Required profile

• B.Sc/HND in Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years experience in sales, marketing or customer acquisition in finance or credit.
• Strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer‑focused with relationship‑building ability.
• Energetic, proactive and results‑driven attitude.
• Basic understanding of financial services preferred.
