About the role
Catilas Resources Limited is recruiting motivated Direct Sales Agents to promote and sell a leading commercial bank’s products across Nigeria. The role focuses on generating new business and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed the bank’s sales targets.
- Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling, networking and other lead‑generation methods.
- Present and demonstrate the bank’s products and services to prospects.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and address inquiries.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Required profile
- HND or Bachelor’s degree (minimum Lower Credit/Second Class Lower); Business or Marketing degree preferred.
- Previous direct sales or similar experience.
- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Goal‑oriented, customer‑focused and able to work independently or in a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
