Direct Sales Agent – Community Banking

About the role

We are hiring Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) for a leading micro‑finance organisation to promote banking products within community markets across Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and generate leads in assigned markets.
• Promote the client’s banking products and support customer onboarding.
• Visit prospective and existing customers, build strong relationships and meet acquisition targets.
• Provide market feedback and deliver excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, banking, fintech, micro‑finance or FMCG is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused, confident and able to work independently in the field.
• Good knowledge of the assigned market or community and residence near the deployment location.
• Energetic, self‑motivated, target‑driven and reliable.
• Basic digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone.
