About the role

MetroEats is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing & B2B Growth Specialist to blend online performance marketing with hands‑on field sales. You will drive brand visibility across social platforms, generate qualified leads, and close corporate contracts through face‑to‑face outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Design and monitor digital funnels to convert traffic into meal‑plan subscribers and corporate partners.
• Track daily KPIs, analyse performance data and adjust spend for maximum ROI.
• Create, shoot and edit short‑form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Manage MetroEats’ organic social presence, write compelling copy and engage the community.
• Identify local pop‑culture trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
• Conduct cold visits, networking and in‑person meetings with corporate prospects to secure subscriptions.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience combining digital performance marketing with B2B sales.
• Proven ability to run high‑converting Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Comfortable presenting and pitching to corporate decision‑makers.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
