Event Planner

About the role

We are seeking an Event Planner to develop and execute business development strategies for corporate events, build strong vendor relationships, and ensure seamless event delivery. The role involves consulting clients, expanding the vendor network, and promoting our event services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in the corporate event sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, aligning them with event objectives.
• Provide expert consultation to clients with tailored event solutions.
• Identify, onboard, and negotiate contracts with high‑quality vendors.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless event planning and execution.
• Monitor industry trends, analyze event performance data, and optimize processes.
• Promote the company’s event services through digital and physical marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• HND / BSc degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in event planning, consulting, or vendor management.
• Deep understanding of the corporate event industry and vendor landscape.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
