Digital Marketer

About the role

As a Digital Marketer you will design and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that boost the brand’s online presence, engage customers and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with marketing, e‑commerce, product and customer experience teams to deliver data‑driven campaigns across email, social, search and paid media.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi‑channel digital marketing strategies, including audience segmentation, content calendars and performance metrics.
• Plan, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on social platforms, search engines (SEO/SEM), display networks and influencer partnerships, allocating budgets to maximise ROI.
• Analyse campaign data using Google Analytics, social insights and CRM dashboards, producing regular KPI reports and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with design, content and product teams to create compelling creatives, landing pages and messaging that drive conversions.
• Maintain and grow the brand’s digital presence across owned, earned and paid media, and manage external agencies or freelancers as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably in retail, e‑commerce or luxury fashion.
• Professional certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint or HubSpot are a plus.
