Digital Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative and data‑savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. This remote position focuses on boosting online visibility, crafting engaging content, and assisting key marketing initiatives across email, SEO, and website channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and schedule email newsletters and marketing copy to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO efforts, including keyword research and performance tracking.
• Collect, analyse, and report campaign data (open rates, traffic, conversions) using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Utilise AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and identify emerging trends.
• Update website content, banners, and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activities and help implement new digital tactics across channels.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably within e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email‑marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with a focus on brand‑consistent copy.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data organisation and basic analysis.
• Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
