Lead Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Lead Content Creator to shape and execute our monthly content strategy across all digital platforms. You will work closely with the Founder to craft compelling stories that drive brand awareness, lead generation and sales for our confectionery business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the monthly content strategy, aligning pillars with brand, products and revenue goals.
• Lead weekly brainstorming sessions to generate fresh content angles, formats and trends.
• Design and manage the Founder’s personal content series, including scripting and coordinating video production.
• Plan and oversee content shoots, creating briefs, shot lists and production schedules.
• Manage the content calendar and publishing schedule for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.
• Build community initiatives that turn audience conversations into content opportunities.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to 24 months of relevant experience in content creation or digital marketing.
• Strong storytelling ability and a keen eye for trends.
• Excellent organizational skills to coordinate shoots and manage a content library.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

What we offer

• Full‑time, on‑site position based in Ibadan, Nigeria.
• Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 70,000 to NGN 150,000.
