Digital Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and data‑savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to support TalentPop’s e‑commerce growth. Working remotely, you will help increase online visibility, engage customers, and drive traffic to our Shopify store and marketplace listings.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and schedule email newsletters and marketing copy to boost sales and customer engagement.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO initiatives, including keyword research and content optimisation.
• Collect, analyse, and report campaign performance metrics using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Utilise AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and identify emerging trends.
• Update website banners, landing pages, and product launch content.
• Monitor competitor activities and assist in deploying new digital marketing tactics across channels.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably within e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and email‑marketing best practices.
• Strong written communication with an eye for brand‑consistent copy.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a personal computer with an i5 processor or better.
